(read description first! =3) It was raining outside that day, thunder cracking, shells thundering right outside the little house. We were in the middle of a war between our species. We being Ty and I of course, an odd pair of friends but a pair nonetheless. We huddled tensely in the abandoned modern home while outside in the muck, biological giants of 15 feet were locked in combat with mechanical giants, mechs inhabited by 6 foot humans. The rumbling around Ty and I indicated the close proximity of this war… but we? We were two at peace, huddling right behind his enemy's lines. Though they were my people's lines as well. Ty the human, I the giant. While the two of us, misfits of our own societies, hid away in the rattled little human abode, bombs exploded abruptly around the war torn area.
"AHH!" A shell BOOMED in the near distance and Ty and I uttered cries of surprise, rained upon with a shower of plaster from the crumbling ceiling. I leaned over him, my friend, to shield him from the biggest chunks that could have easily knocked him unconscious, but left only a few bloody scrapes across my arched back. I un-scrunched my eyes and shouted to Ty over the sounds of destruction. "We have to get OUT of here!"   Ty's response was urgent and a bit pessimistic. Though in our situation, how could he be blamed? "How?? Your people will kill me, my people will kill you, we CAN'T leave!"
'We'll have to separate, Ty." I hated the thought… no, ABHORRED it, but I knew that if we were to both survive, that was our only option. Ty stood up from his spot on the ground, looking me square in the eyes with the sort of determination that told me, no matter my size; he was the boss on THIS subject. "I won't leave you." CRASH!!
…Another shell… I covered my ears and winced.
"GO Ty. Behind your lines." This time I was the determined boss of the subject. I would not lose Ty to my army's brutals. Would. Not. Even if it meant the possibility of never seeing him again. Ty followed as I backed away.
"I'll follow you. You know I will!" To escape his stubbornness and try to push him away, push him for his own good, I ran outside to the backyard of the human-house where no-one could see us. Ty ran after me, nearly getting hit by shrapnel from a nearby blast.
"Ty!!" He ran up to me, stumbling from the near miss, using my tall, grounded legs as support. I could see that he was determined… and it was then that I got the idea that would change our friendship for a lifetime. It's risky, but just about our only option. I helped Ty to his feet then kneeled to his eye level, looking into his wide brown irises.
"Ty…. I have an idea. But you won't like it."
"Does it require us separating?"
"No, but like I said, you won't like it. I don't like it either, but you'll just have to trust me, okay?" I stood up, closing my eyes and cracking my neck to both sides, trying to calm myself. I would have to be relaxed for this. I grabbed Ty around the waist gently, lifting him towards my face.
"Just remember, I would never do anything to hurt you…" Ty became almost nervous, though he did trust me.
"Wait—wait!!" Ty spoke sharply as I lifted him towards my mouth, dislocated my jaw and opened wide, moving him closer.
"Woah woah woah what are you doing??" Panic welled up in his eyes as he struggled backwards in my grip that tightened only to keep him from slipping out of my hands onto the hard ground below.
"Sigh…" I closed my jaws and looked at him pleadingly. "…trust me…" I could feel his small body shaking in my hands, but he lifted his gaze to meet mine with a look of trust, doubt, and resignation in his eyes.
"O-ok." I could tell every inch of him was fighting fearful instincts, but I knew that we didn't have much time. I gave him a look of gratitude and reassurance, then opened my maw wide again. Ty cringed, eyes closed, body stiffening as I slid his head between my teeth. I could feel his course brown hair against my tongue and the roof of my mouth, coupled with the smooth skin of his cheek. He tasted mildly of the cologne he always uses, which was partially snuffed out with an overpowering twinge of soot and salt.
Ty's hand moved around until it found mine, still gripping his waist. He squeezed my hand as a sign of consent, and to comfort himself, but I could tell that he was still terrified. But I couldn't think now. I took a deep breath, and pushed Ty in further. Soon I could close my mouth around his neck as his head was shoved towards the back on my throat. I momentarily wondered about his broad shoulders, hoping the stretchy skin and gullet of my species would accommodate them. So far, it was working.
With a sort of sad determination, I let my tongue push Ty backwards. His shoulders curled into his body as he tried to fit them into my mouth, to aid me in taking him in. His shoulders passed the stretching skin of my cheeks and at the same time, pushing his head to the very back of my mouth. My warm saliva began coating Ty, a natural slicking-down so the rough fabric of his shirt wouldn't hinder my swallows. Ty cringed as he felt himself being taken into my gullet and I braced myself to make the next swallow. Once his head was in, we couldn't turn back.
I lifted Ty's small body forward, feeling his head finally push into my esophagus… I could feel him gasp in surprise and slight panic, and the visible bulge of his cranium appeared in my neck. Swallowing again, suction mixed with the grip of my strong throat muscles pulled him in; soon enough his shoulders joining to push the bulge showing on the outside of me wider. Now only his hands and waist down were showing; the rest of his body being swallowed by me.
I tilted my head back to allow gravity to help me work faster getting Ty down my throat. As it worked, with more powerful gulps Ty's body continued to disappear. Carefully, I moved my hands now holding him over my occupied mouth by my legs.  His hands nervously clenched and unclenched right outside my lips… Inside I could feel his heart beating quickly! His presence created a tight sensation inside me, and I could soon see my ribcage part (a trait unique to my species) to accommodate room for this unprecedented "meal". Another pang of guilt surged through me and I grabbed Ty's hand, squeezing it gently within mine… His was shaking but within a few uncertain moments, it squeezed back and let go, signaling to me that it's okay. I shuddered with a sudden chill, but quickly snapped myself out of it knowing that Ty is perfectly safe within me, and headed to a perfectly safe, drained-of-acid stomach.
In an act that seemed to alienate us from each other (despite our obvious closeness), his hands passed out of my sight. I felt them run softly across my teeth and the inside of my cheek. My stomach fluttered and my heart leapt as gravity pulled that course brown hair and teary-eyed face into the previously empty space in my middle. More shells rained down nearby, but that world was so far away now… Ty's shoulders slid into my non-acidic belly… causing me to fall to my knees once his shoeless feet entered my gaping jaw. After a last desperate, reassuring squeeze of his feet, I let go. A new wave of fear gripped ME, as I'd never "eaten" a human before. Inexperience and the worry of the subject being my friend, so scared because of me, left me in a momentary panic. Inside, he knew that he was slowly disappearing from the view of the outside world as his body slipped into the hollow of my core.
"F-Fae!" Ty's voice cracked when he shouted for me, now able to speak since the tightness if my throat wasn't pressing him so much. I nearly gagged at the sound. It was muffled, but somehow so clear in my ears. The vibrations of his voice reached me directly. Unable to properly cry, tears welled up in my eyes. He's okay. He's with me. He's okay, finish this.
Now Ty's half-sized figure started to fold in my stomach. His waist was free in the small, warm, fleshy cavern, and with another gently powerful gulp, his feet were drawn completely into my esophagus. Without hesitation my hand shot quickly up to my neck as I traced the rest of his body's progress downward with my fingers. My shoulders, neck, collarbone, and ribs were still a tad strained, though less so now that I had swallowed his midsection. The pressing in my gullet lessened, but a new weight made itself present within me. I realized that the new pressure I felt was in part because Ty had freed his hands from my throat; pressing against the walls of my stomach. The new experience surprised me, but at the same time gave me some bit of relief.
He's okay. He's not struggling. Moving, but not struggling. Inside the stomach of his huge friend, inside MY stomach, Ty desperately felt out his new environment, exacting a few surprised movements from me. In the dim reddish black glow, he shifted himself, reluctantly fighting instincts of terror, into a position that would help me swallow the rest of him down. In just moments, the visible bulge in my neck that were his feet disappeared past my collarbone. Without hesitation, my hand shot from my neck to my stomach which was beginning to bulge slightly from the size of its occupant. Ty's legs finally slipped into me leaving him curled in a ball in his small, living cavern.
"G-uh!" I lurched forward and uttered a guttural gasp when Ty was finally all the way down my throat. Being able to feel all my movements since the environment surrounding him WAS me, my lurching gasp elicited a response from Ty. He tried to shrink back as my lungs gasped for air in large, rasping breaths, exhausted from the effort of swallowing a whole human being alive. We were both holding back the panic that follows the thought of what I'd just done.
Ty took a few deep breaths himself, holding his eyes tightly shut. "F-Fae…" Ty tried to force himself to form the words, attempting to fight back the surging anxiety that came with the prospect of where he was. "Fae!!"
My heart skipped a beat at his yelp. "Ty? I'm here Ty… I can hear you, I can feel you, oh God what have I done?" His body was tense but shaking and I could even sense his smaller heartbeat beating fast like a drum inside me.
"I'm claustrophobic Fae, God, I-I think I'm gonna pass out!" Ty started to struggle in my stomach, his movements clearly visible through my shirt.
"Calm down! It's ok. There's plenty of oxygen. I-I promised I wouldn't hurt you. I promised. S-stay calm! And… and listen to my heartbeat. Try and match my breathing…" I calmed myself down, breathing slowly, lowering my heart rate and trying to quell the storm of panic rising in both of us. All around him the walls of the stomach surrounding Ty relaxed, pulsing in and out gently with my breath. The intense warmth enveloped him, melting away the outer layer of fear. Focusing on his giant friends heartbeat and the light rush of air in and out of her lungs, Ty slowed his breathing, matching it while my stomachs natural movements rocked him to a more peaceful state.
Meanwhile, I searched my mind for a way, any way to calm us both further. "J-just… think of it as a big hug Ty, a big, all over hug. Because that's all it is, right? You're just as safe as if you were in one of my big bear hugs." I could feel Ty vigorously nodding his head, and relaxed further.
"Just like a big hug…" hi voice cracked quietly. At that I fell back against the concrete wall of the back of the house, staring in awe at my slightly distended abdomen. There was no way to describe how… freaky it was to know that it was my friend making my shirt stick out like that. Yet it was oddly intriguing. Almost cautiously I touched it, feeling the odd roundness. Ty breathed sharply in surprise, but before he could react any further, I had my arms wrapped around my own midsection; wrapped around Ty. He started to struggle momentarily, but soon settled in more calmly as I hugged him tight through the skin and muscle of my stomach. Wet, warm, and exhausted, Ty finally broke down. With a quiet sob, he curled into a tight ball, arms around his knees, face shoved in his arms, head firmly pressed into the soft flesh surrounding him. Feeling that, I knew that he was no longer scared of just me.
"Ty… Ty it's gonna be alright…" I sniveled too. As he shifted to a tighter curl and burrowed deeper against the stomach wall; against me, I started to gently rub the bulge in my belly, getting at Ty's small form. "I've gotcha… I've gotcha Ty. We're gonna get through this okay…"
(did this show in your inboxes again? I don't know if it will do that...)
Edit: Finished typing it up! Sorry if the format is odd, dA messed with all my paragraphs and such. Anywho, here it is! ^^ Contains soft, willing (yes it is willing tehnically) vore, non-fatal, similar/halfsize (not samesize, I don't want that big of a belly no thank you! >.o), fluffy vore (though the fluffy part is mostly at the end X3). Now, I don't wanna use my real name on the internet (I like keeping that pretty secret) but Panda seems a bit too... goofy of a name for this, so Fae is the name I use for my more serious stuff. (short for a really cool name I was almost given.) Yeppers, I hope you enjoy! Please go easy on me. ;u; Panda is still not all that confidant in her writing.

Okay, it's really late on a school night and I should be asleep, but I really wanted to post this tidbit! It's kind a vore-igin story about Ty and I. I know this is short, but bear with me. XD I have a short attention span when it comes to writing.
I just have to extend a HUGE thanks to my dear friend *novacom for inspiring me to put this up on dA.
Chiao!

I call it the trust fall, because it really is a story about a leap of faith, and trust, between two friends.
